What You Should Know About Crescendo.
What is the difference between "Crescendo" and "Auftakt"?
A journey rather than a snapshot: two panels at the beginning and end, six monthly check-ins, and a plan that’s continuously adjusted—rather than a one-time assessment. “Auftakt” shows where you stand. “Crescendo” shows where you’re headed.
How much time does Crescendo take me each month?
One hour of visits at Studio Bern per month, plus a little attention in everyday life. The first few weeks are the most challenging; after that, the system becomes routine.
Is Crescendo a medical service?
Crescendo is a complementary nutritional therapy program. Upon request, it can be supplemented by medical care provided by Alexandra Milutin-Lanzi (a specialist in physical and rehabilitative medicine). Crescendo itself does not make any diagnoses and does not promise a cure.
Are the supplements included in the price?
No. The brands and dosages are listed in your file, with a direct link to the Selihon Shop. You decide for yourself what to purchase.
Does Crescendo count toward Aeternum Lux?
Yes. If you enroll within 60 days of the sixth visit, the Crescendo investment will be credited in full, and the Final Panel will be expanded to include 143 parameters using the same blood sample.
How much does Crescendo cost? Does insurance cover it?
Crescendo is a private, out-of-pocket service; it is not covered by basic health insurance. Some supplemental insurance plans may cover nutritional therapy; please check your coverage in advance. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you during the initial consultation.
Where will the blood draw take place?
Through a Swiss partner laboratory at a collection site near you. A doctor’s referral is not required.
Will my data be handled securely?
Yes. All health-related data is handled in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and is not disclosed to third parties.
