High-protein drink preparation with reduced carbohydrate content, with sweetener.
Ingredients:
Milk proteins, soluble coffee (5.5%), flavoring (lactose), salt, sweetener: sucralose, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate.
Preparation:
Fill the shaker with 200 ml of cold water. Add the contents of one sachet (22.5g) and shake well. Heat in a cup in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
