Protein-rich omelette preparation with a reduced fat and carbohydrate content.
Ingredients:
Milk proteins, pea proteins, egg white powder, egg powder, flavorings (wheat gluten, milk, lactose), salt, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, pepper, coloring: beta-carotene, threonine.
Preparation:
Fill the shaker with 100 ml of cold water. Add the contents of one sachet (24.5g) and shake well. Fry in a small pan with a non-stick coating, turning once.
