High-protein preparation for soufflé, with reduced fat and carbohydrate content.
Ingredients:
Egg white, milk proteins, soy proteins, cheese preparation (10%), egg (5%), flavoring (milk), salt, raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavor enhancers: sodium glutamate, threonine, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate
Preparation:
In a shaker, add 50 ml of cold water to rehydrate the powder and stir until the preparation is completely mixed. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes in a non-stick container.
