Yoghurt preparation with a high protein content, reduced fat and carbohydrate content, with sweetener.

 

Ingredients:

Milk proteins, pea proteins, skimmed milk, coloring: beetroot juice concentrate, thickener: xanthan gum, flavors (milk, lactose), sweetener: sucralose, salt, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate.

 

Preparation:

Fill the shaking beaker with 150 ml cold water. Add the contents of one sachet (23g) and mix well. Shake well. Place in the fridge.
