High-protein preparation for dessert, with reduced fat and carbohydrate content, with sweetener.
Ingredients:
Milk proteins, pea proteins, flavoring (soy), thickener: xanthan gum, salt, sweetener: sucralose, coloring: beta-carotene, vanilla bean (0.1%), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate.
Preparation:
Fill the shaking beaker with 150ml of cold water. Add the contents of one sachet (21.5g) and mix well. Shake well. Place in the fridge.
